Here at Ritual Skincare Spa we are looking for a Spa Assistant / Front Desk with impeccable communication skills who is confident, reliable, and has great attention to detail to assist us in providing the best customer service experience to our clients!

​

REQUIREMENTS

Among other things, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming and greeting clients to the spa

  • Opening and closing the spa and treatment rooms for the day

  • Focus on cleanliness, sanitation, and laundry requirements of the spa

  • Monitoring inventory and supplies

  • Client communications and correspondence

  • Assisting the owner and service provider staff in smooth appointment transitions

  • Arranging & confirming appointments, selling products & gift cards, and collecting payments

  • Assisting in social media & marketing efforts

  • Most importantly, the Spa Assistant helps ensure client satisfaction overall

The position requires:

  • Warm and professional appearance and demeanor

  • Very organized

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • An outgoing, friendly, and a go-getter personality

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a self-starter who does not require micromanagement

  • Comfortable with learning new client management systems

  • Basic understanding of technology and mathematical skills

Compensation: $15-$18/hour (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 – 38 per week

Shift:

 

  • 8+ hour shift

 

Weekly day range:

​

  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday

​

Ability to commute:

 

  • Hamburg, NY 14075: Ability to reliably commute before starting work (Required)

Here at Ritual Skincare Spa we are looking for a Licensed Esthetician with impeccable communication skills who is confident, reliable, has a great attention to detail, and is looking to specialize in facial treatments. 

 

Ritual Skincare Spa offers results oriented services coupled with highly personalized care so that our clients can achieve healthy skin to look and feel their best. 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

Among other things, your key responsibilities will include: 

 

  • Performing a variety of Facials, Acne Treatments, and other skin treatments on our clients

  • Educating our clients on their skin and the best homecare regimen for their skin

  • Client communications and marketing

  • Product sales

The position requires: 

 

  • Comfort in marketing services and products to attract new clients

  • Warm and professional appearance and demeanor

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Outgoing, friendly, and a go-getter personality

The ideal candidate will: 

 

  • Have a valid NYS Esthetics License

  • Be knowledgeable about the skin and skin conditions

  • Values continued education and eager to learn in the esthetics industry

  • Comfortable with learning new client management systems

  • Be able to deliver an amazing customer service experience

  • Basic understanding of technology

  • Reliable, responsible, and accountable

  • Exhibit excellent time management skills

Employment is subject to a hands-on facial demonstration interview.
